Welcome to My Simple Emes. This blog is primarily, yet not exclusively, for women. The focus: We don’t necessarily feel the connection between events and people in our lives, yet in the bigger picture, there most certainly is connection. In both challenging and smoother times, connecting the dots in our lives allows us to see and savor sweetness in the things gifted us by our beloved Creator.
I share with you the stitches of life as I see them from my every day thoughts and experiences. I believe there is a common ground for all of us. I reach out from my heart to yours. I share my reality with you in order to connect to yours. I share my challenges in order to empathize with you. I share the things that speak to me in an attempt to speak with you. I invite you to identify the places where our tapestries meet within the frame of this world.
I write from the point of view of a Torah observant Jew, yet the messages I hope to convey are universal ones. We are all children of the Creator. We meet on that common ground.
